Please note: Students who are admitted to the ELI are not necessarily admitted to academic programs at Central Michigan University. Students must also apply for admission to the university, and be conditionally accepted, if they wish to enroll in academic classes.

2. Bridge Program

The Bridge Program is designed for students with a low TOEFL score or no TOEFL score who want to enter an undergraduate program at CMU.

Please note: To be accepted into the Bridge Program, you must meet all of the undergraduate admission requirements except English language proficiency. After you complete the required English Language Institute classes, you will immediately begin work on your undergraduate degree at CMU. Students who are accepted into the Bridge Program do not need to make a separate application to the undergraduate program.

3. Undergraduate Application

This application is for undergraduate students who need no English improvement or who will take regular university courses along with Dual Program English classes.
